Overview
Kathryn Capizzi is an associate in the Firm’s General Litigation group, assisting on various civil and commercial litigation matters. She also works with the Financial Institutions group, focusing her practice on securities-related matters and the defense of broker-dealers and other financial services professionals. She is an alumna of Bressler’s summer associate program.
Kathryn earned her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and an editor of the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, she served as a legal writing and research teacher’s assistant and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Kathryn attended Villanova University where she was part of the University Honors Program and graduated cum laude. She majored in Political Science and minored in History and Communication Rhetoric. Passionate about public service and public policy, Kathryn also has unique experience with the United States Senate and a prominent government public relations and lobbying firm.
