Overview
Paul Rosenberg, a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the National Estate and Gift committee, leads Bressler’s Tax practice. Paul’s experience includes estate and gift, corporate and individual tax counsel. His clients range from businesses and entrepreneurs, to professionals and fiduciaries of trusts. He has a special interest in planning with Qualified Plans and IRAs, including charitable gifting. Paul utilizes the firm’s robust Tax practice group, consisting of six attorneys and two paralegals, to serve his clients in the most effective manner possible.
Paul has also participated in mediation training under the ACTEC Effective Probate Mediation Training Program, as well as the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education Program. Paul is the former Vice Chair of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association. Paul practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for ten years prior to becoming an attorney.
