Before the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Bressler successfully served as amicus curiae counsel for our client, a non-profit insurance advocacy organization. The matter addresses whether Medicare or a private passenger automobile insurer has primary payment responsibility for hospital services rendered for ongoing medical injuries arising from an automobile accident that occurred prior to the effective date of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.
