This Privacy Policy states how we collect personal information from you or others and how we use and share or otherwise process that information. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Clients: Information we collect from clients includes identifying and payment information and information contained in agreements executed with us and other details clients may provide. Careers: We use information you submit to apply for a position with Bressler solely for the purposes of considering applications and recruitment. Children’s Privacy on the Site
The Site is not for use by children under the age of 13 years old. To protect their privacy, Bressler prohibits solicitation of personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information on the Site.
Do Not Track Signals
“Do Not Track” signals are options available on your browser to tell operators of websites that you do not wish to have your online activity tracked. Bressler’s Site operates no differently if these “Do Not Track” signals are enabled or disabled. Bressler’s Internet Services do not allow any third parties to collect Personal Information about your online activities over time or across websites for their own purposes.
California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, residents of California are entitled to request information relating to whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Bressler does not sell or share your Personal Information with third-party companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
