Diana Manning to Speak at the New York State Judicial Institute's Judicial Summer Seminars

On July 24, 2019, Principle Diana C. Manning will be speaking at the New York State Judicial Institute’s Judicial Summer Seminars. Her interactive session, titled “Conundrum in the Courtroom: Grappling with Emojis and the Law,” will explore the increasing appearance of emojis in litigation and the complicated interpretations as well as the evidentiary and IP issues that accompany them.

The event will take place on Wednesday, July 24th at 10:30 am, at the Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook, NY.
