On November 24, 2020, Bressler, in partnership with the Law Offices of Viscomi & Lyons, will host its annual seminar for insurance defense counsel. Diana Manning, along with Frank Viscomi and 14 other attorneys of the Law Office of Viscomi & Lyons, will present 2020 Update for Insurance Defense Counsel. The 4 hour panel will discuss the future of jury trials and virtual appearances, coping with the pandemic, defending against outstanding medical bills, social media and the law, as well as recent updates and trends in the law.
