ABA SRO Subcommittee Presents: What Works in Effectively Trying FINRA Disciplinary Cases

The SRO and States Subcommittee of the ABA Securities Litigation Committee is pleased to announce its upcoming program, "What Works in Effectively Trying FINRA Disciplinary Cases.”

The program will feature the following senior officials from FINRA:
Maureen Delaney, Chief Hearing Officer;
David Sonnenberg, Hearing Officer; and
John Luburic, Enforcement Senior Litigation Counsel.

Also providing valuable insights will be Nick Filing and Sarah McCafferty, industry members who have served as hearing panelists.
