73rd Semi Annual Tax and Estate Planning Forum

Principal Jordan S. Weitberg will be speaking at the 73^rd Semi Annual Tax and Estate Planning Forum on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE).  Jordan will speak on the topic, “The Differing Standards for Discretionary Trust Distributions.”  He will discuss and analyze how our courts construe language in trust documents giving discretion to trustees in making distributions from trusts.
