Austin Principal Ronak Patel will be speaking at the Practicing Law Institute Fundamentals of Broker-Dealer Regulation 2023 Program on July 17, 2023. Ronak will speak on a panel entitled, “State Regulation of Broker-Dealers”, where he will discuss state registration requirements, exam and enforcement authority, and NASAA’s 2023-2024 agenda for state broker-dealers.
