On Wednesday, October 16th, 2019, Andrew Sidman and fellow Co-Chairs of from the American Bar Association's Securities Litigation Committee will present a panel on Regulation BI and state fiduciary rules for investment professionals.
The program will feature panelists from the Alabama Securities Commission, New Jersey Bureau of Securities, Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, and chief of staff to the general counsel of one of the largest mutual life insurance companies.
