Jordan S. Weitberg will speak at the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) summer meeting in Quebec City, Canada on June 19, 2015. Jordan’s presentation will be given to ACTEC’s Fiduciary Litigation Committee on ‘The Use of Testamentary Presumptions in Contested Probate Proceedings.’
ACTEC is an association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure, administration and litigation of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents. Members are elected to the College by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
