Kenneth Cohen to speak at The National Academy of Continuing Legal Educataion

On Friday, December 20th, New Jersey Principal, Ken Cohen, led a presentation titled ”Asset Protection Strategy: Advantages and Pitfalls of using Trusts, LLC's and other Techniques”, for the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education. This presentation provided an overview of asset protection techniques and how current case law is structured to involve asset protection trusts.
