Bressler Counsel David Hantman will be speaking at New York Law School, on Securities Arbitration, addressing students taking the intensive Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Program run by E. Peter Philips and Paul B. Marrow.
The Program will address:
- How does securities arbitration work?
- Who administers it?
- The fairness of arbitration to the investor
- Procedural aspects of arbitration such as cost, time, recovery of fees, etc.
