New Jersey Principals Diana Manning, Logan Fisher, and Nikolas Komyati will present at the New Jersey State Bar Association's 2022 Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City, NJ.
On Wednesday, May 18, Diana will speak on a panel titled Putting Lawyers First, during which panelists and attendees will identify the areas in the law that are most problematic and stressful to attorneys and provide constructive recommendations as to how to solve them. Issues addressed will include ethics, fee arbitration, malpractice, being relieved as counsel and more.
On Thursday, May 19, Diana will speak on a panel titled Wayne’s World: A Hot Tips in the Law Round Table Featuring Hometown Classmates and Friends of the President-Elect.
Also on Thursday, Logan and Nikolas will speak on a panel titled Trends and Hot Topics in Financial Services. Logan will moderate the panel, and Nikolas will be a panel speaker. This program will be a cross-section of financial services regulators and attorneys who are on the front lines of the financial services industry. Panelists will share their experiences with many of the current hot-button issues including current regulatory priorities, financial fraud, cryptocurrency, senior investors, Regulation Best Interest, the rise of the retail investor, “meme” stocks, and the “gamification” of investing, and increasing confidence in the investing public.
New Jersey Principal Loren Pierce and Counsel Benjamin DiLorenzo will also attend the convention.
