Bressler Principals, Ken Cesta, Diana Manning, and Angela Scafuri will speak on “Ethical Implications of E-Discovery and the Use of Social Media” for a CLE event on December 10 hosted by the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and the Essex County Bar Foundation.
The course will provide an overview of the discovery of electronically stored information (“ESI”) during litigation, including legal ethics and professional responsibility issues which frequently arise in these matters.
