Fred Schoenbrodt to Present “Estate Planning for Special Situations” at the New Jersey Bar Center

On June 29, 2017, Principal Fred Schoenbrodt will speak at the New Jersey Bar Center as part of an NJICLE panel on “Estate Planning for Special Situations.” Fred will present on “Using the NJ Uniform Trust Code in Estate Planning to Address Certain Special Situations” and will discuss, among other things, the law’s provisions on the modification of existing trusts and the use of silent or quiet trusts, pet trusts and directed trusts under the new NJ UTC.
