Principal Mark Tallmadge will speak at NJICLE's Hot Button Issues in Insurance Law on January 16 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ.
Seminar topics include:
• Emerging bad faith concepts
• Latest developments in D&O insurance
• Contractual indemnification and additional insurance coverage
Mark will be leading the discussion of "Farmers Mutual and the Continuing Developing Law on 'Exhaustion.'"
