Principal Jed Marcus will be speaking at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) Seminar: Mandatory Arbitration in Employment Cases. The seminar will take place on October 12, 2017 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ.
The seminar will review new, relevant case law and provide guidance for both defense and plaintiffs’ attorneys about how to draft, execute and challenge the arbitration agreements. Ethical issues related to executing agreements and conducting arbitrations will also be discussed.
