38th Annual Federal Securities Institute

On Thursday, February 13^th, 2020, Florida Principal Joelle Simms will be a panel presenter at the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar’s 38^th Annual Federal Securities Institute in Miami, FL.  On her panel, “Private Securities Litigation,” Joelle will give an update on broker-dealer arbitration and discuss Regulation Best Interest.
