Jordan Weitberg Presents to New Jersey Chapter of American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Regarding Potential Changes to State’s Uniform Trust Code

On November 30, 2021, Jordan Weitberg will present as part of a virtual panel to the New Jersey chapter of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  The program will discuss various changes being considered to New Jersey’s Uniform Trust Code (“UTC”), which was enacted into law in 2016. 

Jordan is a member of the UTC Revision Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association that is considering the changes to the UTC, and was a member of the original Bar Association committee that studied and recommended the enactment of the UTC.
