Laura Pizzitola to Moderate Panel at ABA Securities Litigation Regional CLE Program

Counsel Laura Pizzitola will be moderating a panel for the American Bar Association Securities Litigation Regional CLE Program on Friday, February 23, 2024. Laura will join speakers Scott Eichhorn, Brooke Hickman, and Rebecca Swenson on a presentation entitled, FINRA Arbitration: Recent Developments and What to Expect in 2024. This session will cover the new expungement rules and their effect on the expungement process, recent developments in the law, regulations relating to accounts held by seniors and other vulnerable clients, and the success and struggles of zoom arbitration hearings.
