Mark Tallmadge and Cynthia Borrelli will be speaking at the NCIGF Legal Seminar on July 24-25, 2013 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Cynthia Borrelli will be speaking and moderating the panel on use of captive insurers and other special purpose vehicles in insurer run-offs and liquidation. Mark Tallmadge will be participating in a mock appellate panel discussing coverage issues.
