Bressler Principals Frank Cuccio, Diana Manning and Frederick Schoenbrodt II will present at NJSBA 2017 Annual Meeting and Convention on May 17-19, 2017 at the Borgata Hotel Casino, Atlantic City, NJ. Bressler is also a sponsor of the convention.
Frank Cuccio will participate on the Securities Law Committee panel, “Financial Fraud: The Continuing Saga.” The program will address financial fraud in the market place, how the government and FINRA combat it, and current developments. The first panel will be composed of representatives from the NJ US Attorney's Office; SEC; NJ Bureau of Securities, and FINRA. The second panel will be composed of civil and criminal defense lawyers and a corporate securities lawyer. The second panel will address comments made during the first panel, defense strategies, and how a corporate lawyer responds to the present enforcement environment.
Diana Manning will join the panel, “Civil Law Bench/Bar Conference,” to address the relevant civil trial practice issues for 2017. The presenters will provide the different perspectives from the Court, as well as from practicing trial attorneys.
Frederick Schoenbrodt II will be on the Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section panel titled “Estate Planning 101.” This is an introductory seminar concerning estate planning techniques and concerns for practitioners. Fred will also participate on “Uniform Trust Code Update”, a seminar to review and discuss practitioner experiences during the first year of the New Jersey Uniform Trust Code.
