Principals Sean Coughlin and Jeff Friedman will speak at the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (“PIABA”) Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA.
Sean will present on the panel “Hearing Strategy as Seen by Respondent Counsel” and will discuss preparation and presentation issues as well as how to conduct an effective arbitration.
Jeff will participate in the panel “The Art of Cross Examination in Arbitration.” This session will focus on key concepts and strategies to be employed during cross examination of law witnesses and expert witnesses. This session will be presented on October 28 and again on October 29.
