Principal Diana Manning will be speaking at the NJSBA Program: Making it (Ethically) Rain, a hands-on program for women attorneys. The program will take place on November 13, 2017 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ.
The program will educate attorneys on the conclusions of the recent Lawyer Metric Rainmaking Study that found there are four primary skills that make rainmakers successful: engagement, dominance, motivation, and risk taking. Diana Manning will be joined by other litigators and general counsel in discussing how they approach working together, including how these practices correspond with the New Jersey Rules of Professional Conduct.
