Bressler Principal Diana Manning will participate in the Ethics Breakout session “Researching Jurors During Voir Dire: #Do, #Don’t, and #HowTo” on Friday, April 15 at the 2016 American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation Annual Conference in Chicago, IL.
The session will explore best practices when using the Internet and social media to gather information about potential jurors during voir dire and the related ethical limitations.
