On December 10, 2020, Tobias Ziegler will be speak on a panel jointly hosted by Alpha Partners (India), CNP Law (Singapore), Bresser, Amery & Ross (US), and FBC Mandy Bowdler (UK).
The panel, titled "Consumer Laws & Product Liability," will discuss how legal protections for consumers affect e-commerce companies in India, as well as businesses in Singapore, the UK and the US. Panelists will explore the primary regulatory impediments which face these companies, and how consumer laws and product liability issues affect foreign companies setting up in their jurisdictions.
