The UNC School of Law Financial Services Compliance Boot Camp will take place June 11-12, 2018 at the UNC Charlotte Center City in Charlotte, North Carolina. Bressler attorneys Andrew Sidman, Kerry Zinn, David Buffa and Susan George will be speakers.
On Monday, June 11, Andrew Sidman will participate on the panel "Complex Product Suitability."
David Buffa will participate on the panel "Understanding Fiduciary Duties and Conflicts of Interest" on Monday, June 11.
Kerry Zinn will participate on the panel "Anti-Money Laundering Surveillance and Investigations" on Monday, June 11.
On Tuesday, June 12, Susan George will participate on the panel "Senior Investors."
Also on June 12, Andrew Sidman will speak on the topic of "Supervisory Controls and Issues in Supervision."
