Our team has handled real estate transactions of all kinds, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, financing and investment deals, leasing and development agreements, real estate related bankruptcy and reorganizations, land use issues and litigation claims. We have represented lenders in some of the largest financing facilities in New Jersey, and assisted developers in development and sale of large commercial and residential projects.  Our interdisciplinary real estate team is well-versed in tax, securities, and contract matters and can help structure, negotiate and close complex public and private equity and debt financing, joint ventures, hospitality and leisure deals, portfolio and REITs, and large-scale development work.
