Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and growing national law firm is seeking an Employment Counsel in its Florham Park office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in New Jersey and have at least eight (8) years of experience in employment law matters. Prior employment litigation experience is required (preferably on the management side), and employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred. The candidate will have extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel. Candidates must have a strong track record of success in handling cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Qualified candidates must be comfortable managing a litigation caseload from initiation to trial. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. License to practice in New York is strongly preferred.
