Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Help Desk Coordinator for its’ Florham Park, NJ office.  This is a Full-time position which requires some flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Job duties include:

  • Answer, diagnose, and resolve incoming help desk calls.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues.
  • Respond to end user PC and telephone problems.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
  • Move/setup PCs, telephones and other related equipment as needed.
  • Assist in basic server troubleshooting.
  • Ensure excellent communications between the IT Department and all colleagues at the firm.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Education:

  • Associates degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years' IT experience; law firm experience desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Windows Operating System
  • Experience with File Site
  • Working knowledge of Citrix
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills
  • Flexibility to work during off-hours as needed to address end-user requests, system upgrades, etc.
