The law firm of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. announced today the promotion of Joshua D. Jones to Managing Principal of the firm’s Birmingham office. Mr. Jones is a litigator who has been with the firm since it opened its Birmingham office in February 2014.

Inge Selden has served as the Managing Principal of the Birmingham office since its founding. Mr. Selden will continue to focus his practice primarily on complex civil litigation, concentrating in the defense of financial institutions in state and federal court, arbitration and regulatory proceedings.
“Josh is a leader in the office, and I am happy that the firm has recognized his efforts,” said Mr. Selden. “As he takes on more responsibilities for day-to-day management, I anticipate that we, along with our entire office, will redouble our efforts to provide first rate service to our clients here in Alabama and across the country.”

Mr. Jones earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, cum laude, in 2004. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in 1996.
