Florham Park, NJ (April 25, 2024) - Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that, effective April 15, 2024, the firm has reshaped its leadership structure. The firm is now led by a five-member Management Committee dedicated to both the day-to-day management of the firm and longer-term strategic planning. The new Management Committee is comprised of five members: Joshua D. Jones, Daniel Korb, Jr., Diana C. Manning, Hope C. Zelinger, and Committee Chair Frederick K. Schoenbrodt, II.
The Management Committee will be responsible for the leadership of the firm and the achievement of its long-term goals. "We have been fortunate to experience steady growth firmwide, and as we continue to grow, we recognize the increased responsibilities that come with this growth," said Former Firm Managing Principal Manning. "The reorganization of our structure represents our commitment to serving the firm effectively and efficiently listening to everyone's voice, which is critical to our continued success."
Commenting on his role as Committee Chair, Schoenbrodt said, "I am honored by the support I have received from my partners to assume the role of Chair. Bressler is an exceptional firm with a bright future due to the groundwork Diana and our previous leadership teams have laid.”
Jones added, "This new leadership structure allows us to collaborate on a deeper level and provide comprehensive representation for the diverse interests of our attorneys and staff across all nine offices. The reorganization reflects our strategic planning and our investments in continuing to improve our platform."
Jones has served as Managing Principal of Bressler's Alabama office for five years, is a leader within the firm's Financial Institution practice group and is the Co-Chair of the Senior and Vulnerable Investor practice group.
Korb, Jr. is a leader in several practice groups, including the Financial Institutions, Commercial Litigation, and Senior and Vulnerable Investor practice groups. He regularly provides legal counsel to businesses of all sizes, helping them navigate legal issues that impact their daily operations.

She is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court-appointed Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, a Past Chair of the NJSBA's Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee, and a Past Chair of the District XA Ethics Committee.
Schoenbrodt has nearly 25 years of experience as a trust and estate attorney and leads the firm’s highly regarded Private Client practice group, serving clients in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, charitable organizations, and fiduciary litigation.
Zelinger co-leads the firm's largest team, Florida's Insurance Group, which specializes in first-party insurance defense cases, pre-suit investigations, trial and appellate work, and bad faith claims.
