New Additions Bolster Firm’s NJ, Alabama and Ft. Lauderdale offices

Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. announced today the addition of three new attorneys in its New Jersey, Birmingham and Fort Lauderdale offices, further rounding out its Litigation, Insurance Defense and Labor and Employment practices.

Andrea L. Bonvicino has joined the firm in Florham Park, Anthony N. Dellasala in Birmingham, and Lisa G. Vick has joined the firm in Fort Lauderdale. All three are associates.

 “As we keep adding attorneys in our offices we pick and choose the best in their respective areas,” said Bressler Managing Principal Frank Cuccio. “With the hiring of these three associates we have added to our deep bench in litigation, insurance and employment.”

Andrea L. Bonvicino
Business & Commercial Litigation

Ms. Bonvicino litigates complex single-party, multi-party and class matters in federal and state courts across the country. She focuses her practice on business and commercial, employment and professional malpractice litigation. Ms. Bonvicino has extensive experience with all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including complex document discovery, taking and defending party, fact and expert depositions and arguing dispositive motions. She earned her J.D. in 2015 from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in 2011 from Boston College.

Anthony N. Dellasala
Labor and Employment

Mr. Dellasala’s practice includes representing management in a wide variety of employment matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other analogous state discrimination and tort laws. He handles cases in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration forums, including FINRA. Before joining Bressler, Mr. Dellasala served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2018 and a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012.

Lisa G. Vick
Insurance Group

Ms. Vick focuses her practice on insurance defense and first party property. Prior to joining Bressler, she served as in-house counsel at a Florida insurance company, where she handled disputed claims from re-open to final resolution. As the company’s representative, Ms. Vick attended virtually all of the mediations for the South Florida region. She also assisted outside counsel in development of case strategies and testified on behalf of the company. Ms. Vick earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2010 and her B.S. from Nova Southeastern University in 2005.
