DALLAS (January 2021) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is proud to announce that leading securities litigation attorney John P. Kincade has joined the firm. Kincade’s practice focuses on securities and financial services litigation and enforcement, as well as business and commercial workout litigation, and D&O and corporate governance defense.
Kincade is deeply experienced in representing financial services clients at all levels of state and federal litigation, arbitration and regulatory enforcement disputes. Clients who rely on Kincade’s counsel include brokers/dealers, investment advisers, banks, and other financial industry participants facing complex, high-stakes litigation, FINRA arbitrations, and enforcement proceedings and investigations, including regulatory and enforcement matters before the SEC, FINRA, the Texas State Securities Board, Texas Department of Insurance, and the Texas Attorney General and other state’s enforcement agencies.
He also counsels privately held and publicly traded companies in federal and state court securities class actions, directors and officers lawsuits, as well as commercial and business litigation.

Prior to joining Bressler, Amery & Ross, Kincade served as a shareholder and co-chair of the Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group at Winstead PC. He received his bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law with honors. Kincade will base his practice in Bressler’s Dallas and Houston offices.
