Florham Park, NJ (September 2021) – Diana C. Manning, the Firm Managing Principal of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., has been named as one of the NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business honorees. The program recognizes 50 women for their notable successes and demonstration of strong leadership in New Jersey.
A certified civil trial attorney, Manning was elected this year to lead the firm, overseeing nine offices in six states. She is the first female managing principal of the firm and served as chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee. She is president-elect of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA) and, earlier this year, was selected to the NJBIZ Power 50 in Law. In May 2021, she was named an honoree for NJBIZ 2021 Leaders in Law.
“I am honored to be included with some of the New Jersey business community’s most powerful and influential decision-makers and leaders,” Manning said. “As someone who has been practicing for over two decades, I intimately understand the legal industry’s notoriously thick glass ceiling. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to help elevate other women and foster diversity in all aspects of the profession.”
Manning is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. She is a past president of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, Morris County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Foundation. She served on the District XA Ethics Committee for 10 years, including as chair from 2017 to 2019. She has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
