Bressler, Amery & Ross is identified as one of the Best Places to Work by Birmingham Business Journal for 2016. Bressler ranked eighth in the midsize employer category which recognizes employers with 25-99 local employees. The ten finalists in the midsize category, as well as 25 companies in three other size categories, were honored at a special event on May 12 at The Club.
For the past 11 years, the Birmingham Business Journal has been honoring local businesses that have shown a strong commitment to investing in their people to create a positive work environment that fosters the respect, comfort and engagement of its employees.
The Birmingham Business Journal teamed up with Quantum Workplace to survey employees at the nominated companies from across the state through a secure website, posing questions designed to measure the companies’ teamwork, leadership, benefits and work engagement. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Bressler’s inclusive, respectful and team-oriented nature of the office as well as the commitment to the community and volunteer efforts were among the examples of the superior company culture.
