Florham Park, NJ (Feb. 18, 2025) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce the return of Kevin B. Walker to the Florham Park office as a principal. Walker previously worked at the firm for 17 years, from 1989 to 2006. His rejoining to the firm’s Labor and Employment law group enhances Bressler’s commitment to strategic growth.
With over 30 years of legal experience, Walker was instrumental in the initial growth and development of Bressler. He specializes in both advisory and litigation aspects of employment law. Throughout his career, Walker has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies particularly in the financial services and healthcare industries and has litigated in both FINRA and AAA arbitrations.

Walker has handled cases across multiple jurisdictions and provided counsel on matters involving claims of age discrimination, sexual harassment, national origin discrimination, disability discrimination, leaves of absences under the Family and Medical Leave Act and compensation disputes. Additionally, he has managed arbitrations related to defamation claims under Form U-5 and has represented claimants seeking to expunge information recorded on Form U-5.

Walker is active in the legal community and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden and his B.A. from Susquehanna University.
