Florham Park, N.J. (October 2021) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that David T. O’Sullivan has joined the firm as a principal in its New Jersey office. O’Sullivan has over 15 years of litigation and transactional experience in commercial and corporate real estate and all aspects of family law.
As former Fortune 100 Corporate Real Estate Director and Director of Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services for Ernst & Young, LLP, O’Sullivan also provides consultative and transactional guidance to major corporate and commercial real estate entities in matters ranging from individual transactions to portfolio-level acquisitions and dispositions. O’Sullivan also served as the Real Estate Director for AlliedSignal, Inc. prior to its merger with Honeywell International.
O’Sullivan’s family law practice covers all aspects of family law, including divorce, alimony, child support, palimony, child custody, post-judgment modifications, and domestic violence. He also regularly volunteers his time representing disadvantaged victims of domestic violence through the Jersey Battered Women’s Service and the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project.

O’Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. He has both an MBA and law degree from Seton Hall University.
