These incoming associates have unique experiences and skills that will be of immediate value to the firm and its clients.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Jason Rindenau, Insurance Litigation: Rindenau joins the firm as an associate in the insurance litigation group in the Fort Lauderdale office, focusing on first-party property insurance defense. Before joining Bressler, he was an associate at a Florida law firm where he focused on first-party property defense matters. Rindenau has worked as a member of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in New York and as an Adjudication Fellow with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, where he prepared draft decisions, reviewed evidence, conducted research, and assisted with hearings. Rindenau also has experience serving as a Property and Casualty Broker, outsourced legal counsel, and a representative of some of the most prestigious law firms in the world as a successful attorney recruiter in Manhattan. He is a graduate of the Rutgers Business School cum laude and received his J.D. from New York Law School.
Brianne Stricoff, Insurance Litigation: Stricoff joins the firm as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office’s first-party property insurance defense group. Before joining Bressler, Stricoff was an associate general counsel at a property and casualty insurance company, where she litigated catastrophic loss cases from inception through resolution. Prior to that, she was an associate at a Florida firm, where she focused her practice on representing insurance companies in the defense of first-party property and homeowners’ disputes. Stricoff earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
Birmingham, Alabama
Ben Nye, Labor & Employment: Nye joins the firm as an associate in the Birmingham office’s labor & employment practice area. Before joining Bressler, Nye was an associate at a multi-practice law firm in Alabama, where he focused his practice on labor and employment, commercial litigation, and general litigation matters. Nye earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While in law school, he served as lead articles editor of the Washington and Lee University Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
