Bressler’s Diana Manning Appointed Vice Chair of NJSBA Amicus Committee for 2017-2018

Bressler Principal, Diana C. Manning, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Trustees, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Association’s Amicus Committee for 2017-2018. The Amicus Committee vets requests for NJSBA participation in matters pending in New Jersey state and federal courts, and makes recommendations to the Board. If a request is granted, the committee coordinates preparation of the submission. Along with the other committees, the Amicus Committee plays an important role in advancing the interests of the NJSBA, the profession, and the public.
