Diana C. Manning argued amicus curiae in the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. On January 20, 2010, the Court heard argument in the matter of Guido v. Duane Morris, A-31-09. The issue brought before the Court on interlocutory review is under what circumstances a client should be permitted to sue their lawyer after voluntarily entering into a settlement. The New Jersey State Bar Association also argued amicus curiae in the action.
