Bressler congratulates Diana C. Manning who was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as the Vice Chair of the District XA Ethics Committee.
Ms. Manning currently serves as President of the Morris County Bar Association and Secretary of the Association of County Bar Presidents. She is also the President of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ).
As Vice Chair of the District XA Ethics Committee, Ms. Manning will handle overseeing the disposition of hearings involving allegations of attorney misconduct. Additionally, she will be responsible for recruiting members and working to continually improve the efficiency of the attorney-monitored disciplinary system.
