MIAMI (DECEMBER 2020) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is proud to announce that Managing Principal Hope C. Zelinger will serve as chair of the Property Committee of the Federal Association for Insurance Reform (FAIR) Board of Directors.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to dive into issues facing the insurance industry. We are in need of significant and substantial changes to legislation to avoid the abuse of the current system,” said Zelinger. “Working with FAIR and the members of this group will be an effective platform to make a long-term difference.”
Zelinger is a principal in Bressler’s insurance litigation group where she focuses her practice on civil litigation with a concentration in first-party insurance defense, pre-litigation investigations and appellate matters. Hope manages all cases tried by the Firm's Florida Insurance Group, and has tried numerous cases to verdict. She also serves as the managing principal for the firm’s Miami office. Hope’s passion is not only in litigation but also in making industry wide changes to protect the firm’s institutional clients.
