Firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation Co-Chair Appointed to Association’s Board of Trustees
Florham Park, N.J. – June 16, 2020 -- The law firm of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. announced today that Michael T. Hensley has been selected to the Board of Trustees of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ).
Mr. Hensley, co-chair of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation Practice, was elected to the position on June 11.
The 47-year-old association is one of the largest and most prestigious federal bar organizations in New Jersey. It fosters and cultivates relationships between the federal bench and bar of New Jersey, offering opportunities for training, education, and pro bono opportunities.
“I am honored to be named to the Board of Trustees of this respected Association,” said Mr. Hensley. “I have been a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey for several years and I look forward to serving as a Trustee.”
Mr. Hensley, based in the firm’s New York and New Jersey offices, is a trial attorney with a diverse practice that spans complex commercial, labor and employment, professional malpractice and environmental litigation. Mr. Hensley is routinely retained by some of the largest companies in the world for their high-stakes litigation, and handles some of the most complicated cases in venues across the country. He has successfully argued before multiple state Appellate Divisions and U.S. Courts of Appeal.
