Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that associates Michael T. Hensley and Coren H. Stern have become Principals of the firm.
Michael T. Hensley practices in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups. He is a litigator with highly diversified experience in complex commercial, labor and employment, product liability and professional malpractice matters. Mr. Hensley’s practice takes on all aspects of commercial litigation: breach of contract, breach of warranty, dissolution of entities, oppression claims, business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, corporate governance, franchise, insurance, eminent domain and class actions. In the employment field, Mr. Hensley represents employers in all types of employment and traditional labor relations matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, restrictive covenants and ERISA. Mr. Hensley earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001 and his B.A. from the University of Delaware in 1998. Mr. Hensley has tried numerous cases to verdict in the federal and state courts, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Coren H. Stern practices in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Securities Law practice groups. He concentrates his practice in securities-related arbitrations, mediation, regulation, and trial and appellate commercial litigation. Mr. Stern has represented national and regional broker-dealers, clearing brokers, and registered representatives in a variety of context, including customer-initiated complaints, debit recovery claims, common law claims, and litigation involving tax shelters. Mr. Stern earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2000 and his B.A. from Yale University in 1996. Mr. Stern is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
