Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Andrew C. Egan has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Private Clients practice groups.
In his commercial litigation practice, Andrew has represented business clients in disputes involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, statutory violations, and real estate disputes. In his private client practice, Andrew has significant experience with disputes involving challenges to wills and trusts, contested guardianship involving millions of dollars in assets, and small business oppressed shareholder/“corporate divorce” matters.
Andrew earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
