FLORHAM PARK, NJ, January 25, 2016 – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jillian K. Mooney has joined the firm as counsel in the Environmental Law practice group.
Jillian has extensive experience with complex regulatory and transactional matters, including site remediation and ISRA, permitting, due diligence compliance, and enforcement defense. She also has experience with environmental litigation issues, including CERCLA, the Spill Act, and insurance recovery.
Jillian holds a J.D. and a Certificate in Environmental Law from Boston College Law School, an M.P.A. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from Columbia University School of International Business and Public Affairs, and a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Barnard College.
Jillian is Chair of the New Jersey Society of Women Environmental Professionals and is on the Board of the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court.
