FLORHAM PARK, NJ, March 23, 2015 – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mary A. Powers has joined the firm as a principal in the Tax and Trusts and Estates practices.
Mary has extensive experience representing business clients in estate planning, estate administration, income taxation, retirement planning, guardianships and family dispute resolutions. She also counsels clients with respect to stock option plans and deferred compensation and employment agreements.
Mary is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics for the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Mary holds an LL.M. in taxation from New York University, a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and an A.B. from Barnard College.
