Overview

Luca Provenzano is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office, where he represents financial institutions, businesses, and licensed professionals in arbitrations as well as a variety of employment and general litigation matters. He has experience with various labor and employment issues in FINRA arbitration, federal court, and AAA arbitration. Additionally, Luca represents lending institutions and businesses in a range of commercial and real estate transactions.

Luca is an alumnus of Bressler’s Summer Associate program. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Law Review. His contributions to the Law Review earned him a Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Contribution, and his Comment was published in Volume 53, Book 2. In 2022, Luca received the Appellate Advocacy Award for Best Oral Advocate and was a quarterfinalist in the school’s Eugene A. Gressman Moot Court Competition. In 2023, he served as a Student Attorney in the Family Law Clinic at the school’s Center for Social Justice, representing pro bono clients in adoption and visitation matters.
